Sue was born in Auckland on the North Shore where she grew up and worked as Receptionist/Law Clerk in a legal office.

She married Neil a Dairy Farmer and they went share milking. They then with their three children purchased their own farm in the Waikato. They eventually sold that farm and moved back to the Rodney District where they purchased another farm.

Her love for animals, especially horses, grew when she took her daughters to Pony Club. Encouraged to help, she started teaching and then did her instructors course to become an instructor. Some years later after selling their farm and moving to a Lifestyle Block she ran her own riding school teaching children and adults.

Selling Real Estate had always had a place in her mind, so she decided to specialize in Rural from the local Ray White office. Her knowledge of 30 years farming and animal management is a positive in helping prospective buyers with rural and animal questions. Having lived in the Wainui/Kaukapakapa area now for over 20 years her local knowledge is extensive.

Sue is a cheerful, sincere and hardworking person and has a positive, enthusiastic loyalty to her Vendors and Purchasers alike.

She enjoys the success of matching people with properties.
