John has 26 years of experience in Real Estate specializing in the sale and leasing of Commercial and Industrial property on the Hibiscus Coast.
An intimate knowledge of these properties in the Orewa, Silverdale and Whangaparaoa areas has been acquired since his entry into the real estate industry in 1985. A large database of sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants has been built up over that time, and with an attitude that "both parties to a transaction must be happy", John has ensured a continuous supply of repeat business. A commission at any cost is not motivation for John. An active involvement in local community and sport organizations has kept him in direct contact with the local community. John is a firm believer in the "Buy Locally" attitude. "I derive most of my income from the local community so I believe my income should be distributed in that area".
A keen golfer, John is an active member of the Peninsula Golf Club and has been a member of the Board for the past three years.
